Like so many of us, we dove straight into a full-time career right after college. And let me tell you, it ate up every single second of our time. Family dinners? Nope. Hobbies? Forget about it. It was all work, no balance, and honestly, it started to weigh on us. We were caught between providing for our family needed and feeling like we were barely keeping our heads above water.

But a few years ago, everything changed. Tabitha landed a new role that gave her something magical: flexibility. Finally, I had the freedom to actually live my life. But even with that newfound balance, something was missing. You know that little dream you can’t quite shake? Yeah, hers had been hanging around since I was a kid.

Growing up, Tabitha always dreamed of owning a food truck and slinging the best subs—cold cuts, hot sandwiches, you name it. But as she got older, my interests shifted. She discovered a love for craft beer and a really good whiskey, and she started fantasizing about creating something around those passions.

That’s when she stumbled onto the concept of self-serve tap bars. She was obsessed. But when we started looking into what it would take to open a full-on bar, we quickly realized it wasn’t in the cards for us—at least not yet. So we pivoted. We thought, why not take the tap bar TO the people? That’s when the idea of a tap truck hit us.

And just like that, Drink About It Mobile was born!
